Kerluna Pty Ltd T/A Central Drones guarantees your rights as a consumer under Australian Consumer Law. These rights are subject to certain conditions.

The products we provide you as the consumer come with an automatic guarantee that they will work in the manner we say they will. If they don’t, you as the consumer have certain rights.

Under the terms proscribed by Australian Consumer Law, products must be safe, look acceptable and do all the things someone would normally expect them to do. We know that our products will meet these requirements under normal circumstances, however if they do not – we will attempt to rectify the situation as quickly and fairly as possible.

If a product or service is faulty, we will provide a remedy: to repair, replace or refund the item / services. The remedy will depend on the specific nature of the issue and, in most instances, we will discuss the proposed remedy with you the consumer to determine the best course of action. For example, if you return an item that has a minor fault and ask for your money back, we may offer to repair the item in lieu of a full refund.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you the consumer are obliged to accept the offer of repair if the fault is minor. Alternatively, we may come to an arrangement with the with you the consumer regarding repairs, partial reimbursement or similar.

Refund and exchange can be requested within 5 business days of the purchase date (or for on-line purchases, 5 days from date product was actually received). Please contact Central Drones for more details of the services:

1. Exchange can be requested under one of the following conditions:

  1. Product has sustained damage in transit, which was found when being unpacked and checked with the presence of the courier.
  2. Misrepresentation of the product purchased based on original description of the product.
  3. Manufacturing defect(s).

2. Refund can be requested under one of the following conditions:

  1. When not being used, manufacturing defect of the product was found within 5 working days since receipt of product.
  2. Product has been exchanged once but still has manufacturing defect.
  3. A re-stocking fee of 20% will apply to products that have been activated/used.

3. Refund and/or Exchange cannot be requested under one of the following conditions:

  1. Customer did not immediately report damage sustained in transit of the product.
  2. Refund or exchange is requested after 5 or more days since purchase (or for on-line purchases, from the actual date the product received).
  3. Product sent in for refund or exchange does not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging, or with damage on any part of the product.
  4. Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are unable to be provided or have been forged or tampered.
  5. Product held no manufacturing defects after testing made by Central Drones Technical Support.
  6. Crash or burning caused by non-manufacturing defects, as well as any damage caused by unauthorised modification, entry of foreign body (water, oil, sand, etc.), improper installation or operation.
  7. Labels, Serial Numbers, waterproof mark, false proof mark, etc. show signs of tampering or altering.
  8. Damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to: fire, flood, high wind strength and lightning strike.
